At my school(high school) we're not allowed to use cell phones in the buildings. But of course we do lol. This morning one of my friends was laying on a small couch we have in the hallway where we hang out in the morning. She was laying on her stomach and she was texting. A teacher came down and kind of spotted her but she quickly slid the phone under the couch cushions. She pretended to slide her arm across the couch and sayOuch rug burn" or something like that The teacher said to give the phone to him and my friend said "i dont have my phone. i left it at home." And they kind of argued for a minute then the teacher took her to the office and she once again told them that she didnt have it and everything. And she went through her pockets to show she didnt have it. And they let her go.
When she was walking to the office with the teacher, she turned around and pointed to the couch and mouthed to us "in the couch" so we took it out and one of our friends put it in her pocket. LMAO!!! It was so funny!
So what's something that u have done and almost got in trouble for at school? And please comment on mine.

My High School is Courtland high and our mascot is a Cougar. I went to the game last night, and we have awesome chants! My favorite chant is our 300(movie) chant. We all say "This is Courtland!!" then "Ahu Ahu Ahu!!!". Also everytime a flag is thrown against us we chant "Buuuullshit, buuuulllshit...". Everytime an opposing teams fans come on our side we point at them and chant " Go home Spotsy(team), Go home!" Also everytime an opposing teams cheerleaders come on our side we say " YOU ARE UGLYYYY", then " YOU ARE PRETTY.....NOT!!!!" Actually in our last game some guys from the opposing team came over and were talking trash, so someone threw a full gatorade bottle at him! It hit him right in the face! Last night we played a school that's in the country and when they came out we chanted "Country Pumpkins". Also everygame we body surf the smallest person through the student section. My school has the best school spirit in the nation! So what does your school do?

I have Yahoo'd, Google'd and Dogpile'd "free texas Home School", "cheap texas home school", "home school programs," and several other versions of that, and I can't find anything that is less than 2500 bucks. I can't spend that much cash on home school. Can anybody help me out? Anything would be great.

How does Home Schooling possibly affect the government and other students who aren't Home Schooled? Home schooling only affects the parents/students being taught at home, and they aren't complaining about their education. So what's this need for a degree?
Ron Paul has expressed his views about public education. He thinks that the system is very messed up. In reality, it is. He believes that kids who are home schooled are more intelligent in that they do not have a biased view on subjects. They do not waste their time being taught according to a standardized curriculum. People who go to public schools are taught according to what the government wants it to. If the government doesn't want the school teaching something, they have control over it. Apparently, now the government wants to limit home schooling.
